新型LCL谐振软开关弧焊逆变电源主电路数学建模

Mathematical model of new LCL-type main circuit of resonant type soft-switching arc welding inverted power source

  • 摘要: 介绍了新型LCL谐振软开关逆变弧焊电源主电路与基本LCL型的区别,建立了新型LCL谐振逆变弧焊电源主电路稳态数学模型,并运用了Matlab进行了数值求解,将数学模型的计算结果与试验结果做对比,从而验证了数学模型的正确性。这种弧焊电源不仅具有串联谐振在整个负载范围内效率高的特点,而且拓宽了软开关的范围,解决了占空比丢失的问题。

     

    Abstract: The dissimilarity between the new LCL-type main circuit of soft-switch inverted welding power source and the basic LCL-type is introduced. Mathematical model of new LCL-type of the resonant soft-switch inverted welding power source is established,and analyzed by Matlab soft-ware. In order to test and verify the mathematical model, calculating results of mathematical model is compared with testing results. The arc welding power source has not only high efficiency of series resonant in the whole load range, but also broader soft-switch range. The duty cycle loss of the seconding transformer is eliminated.
