Modeling of devices in a robot arc off-line programming system

  • 摘要: 建模(Model)模块是离线编程系统中的基础模块,设备建模则是建模模块核心内容。建立的模型是否合理关系着整个系统的扩展性和通用性。作者给出了该系统中的设备建模的方法,在设备模型中引入了自由度对象,方便地描述了关节间的随动关系,并在此基础上实现了一种交互式的设备定义方法。

     

    Abstract: Modeling model is the basic of off-line programming system, and modeling of devices is its kernel content. Whether the model is reasonable it is associated with the system's expansibility and generic. This paper presents a device modeling approach. We adopt an object called DOF(degree of freedom), thus easily set up the relationship between the joints. Finally we develop a interactive method to define devices.
