Ag95CuNiLi钎料钎焊钛合金与不锈钢异种金属的性能分析Ⅱ.钎焊性分析

Properties analyses to Ag95CuNiLi filler metal on brazing titanium alloy to stainless steel Ⅱ

  • 摘要: 制备了Ag95CuNiLi钎料,参照有关的国家标准,评价了钎料的熔化特性、钎料在钛合金和不锈钢上的润湿铺展能力、钎料在钛合金和不锈钢异种金属间的填缝能力,以及钛合金/不锈钢异种金属钎缝的强度。结果表明,该钎料的液相线温度为918℃,对钛合金具有较强的铺展能力,在不锈钢上的铺展性较差,钎料在钛合金和不锈钢异种金属间的漫流距离大于100 mm,钛合金/不锈钢异种金属钎缝的抗拉强度达到220 MPa。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪和显微硬度计对钛合金/不锈钢钎缝进行了微观分析。结果表明,钎料与母材冶金结合良好,钎缝致密,在不锈钢一侧形成了三层金属间化合物组织,在钛合金一侧形成了共晶组织。

     

    Abstract: The Ag95CuNiLi brazing filler metal was made. Refer to concerned standards and test procedures, melting characteristic of the filler metal, tested the spreadability and clearance fillabitity for the filler metal on brazing titanium alloy to stainless steel were estimated, and mechanical properties of brazed joints were tested. Tesing results indicated that liquidus temperature of the filler metal was 918℃, that spreadability was good on titanium alloy and was difference on stainless steel, that slow-flow length was bigger than 100 mm, that tensile strength of brazed joints was 220 MPa. The microexamination to brazed joints examined that the bonding of the brazing filler metal and based material was all right, and three layers structure of intermetallics on the side of the stainless steel was formed, and the eutectic structure on the side of titanium alloy was formed. Light and electron microscopy, SEM, micro-hardness, tensile and shear testing were used to support the investigation.
