几种高速电弧喷涂层高温冲蚀磨损性能

Erosion-corrosion wastage at elevated temperature of arc spraying composite coatings on boiler tube of coal thermal power station

  • 摘要: 用高速电弧喷涂技术制备出用于热电厂抗高温冲蚀磨损的FeCrAl/WC、FeCrNi/WC、Fe3Al和Fe3Al/WC复合涂层。研究了涂层在不同的温度和冲蚀角度下的高温冲蚀磨损性能。结果表明,温度和攻角对Fe3Al/WC、FeCrAl/WC涂层的冲蚀行为有较大影响;在650℃棱角状石英砂磨粒冲蚀条件下,Fe3Al、Fe3Al/WC、FeCrAl/WC复合涂层的抗冲蚀磨损性能明显优于G20钢,FeCrAl/WC涂层具有最好的全攻角冲蚀磨损抗力,可以作为燃煤锅炉管道的抗高温燃气-飞灰高温冲蚀磨损的防护涂层。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of erosion-corrosion wastage at elevated temperature on boiler tube of coal thermal power station,several cored wires for Fe3Al,Fe3Al/WC,FeCrAl/WC and FeCrNi/WC inter metallic coatings by high victory arc spraying were developed.The erosion-corrosion wastage of coatings at elevated temperature was researched with different impact angles and temperatures.The results indicate that impact angle and temperature greatly affected FeCrAl/WC coating and Fe3Al/WC coating in erosion-corrosion wastage.As compared with water wall tube material (G20 steel) of power station,the erosion-corrosion resistances at elevated temperature of Fe3Al,Fe3Al/WC and FeCrAl/WC coatings were higher.Especially,the FeCrAl/WC coating presents the best erosion-corrosion resistance under every impactive angle.The problem of erosion-corrosion under erosive condition of high temperature gas ash mixture in boiler tube of coal thermal power station may be solved with FeCrAl/WC coating.
