钎料对TiC陶瓷/铸铁钎缝处剪应力的影响

Effect of brazing fillers on shear stress in brazing fillet of TiC ceramic/cast iron

  • 摘要: 采用有限元数值模拟方法研究了采用不同钎料对冷却过程中TiC陶瓷/铸铁焊缝处剪应力的影响。结果表明,无论采用Ni基钎料、Ti基钎料还是Ag基钎料,剪应力均主要集中在Tic陶瓷/铸铁的钎缝端点上。当采用Ni基和Ag基钎料时,剪应力的最大值出现在钎料/TiC陶瓷界面;而采用Ti基钎料时,剪应力的最大值出现在铸铁/钎料界面。当采用Ni基和Ti基钎料时,冷却到室温的钎缝最大剪应力值较大,因此接头的连接强度较低;当采用Ag基钎料时,冷却到室温的钎缝最大剪应力值较小,因此接头的连接强度较高。

     

    Abstract: By means of finite element numerical simulation,the effect of different brazing fillers on the shear stress in brazing fillet was investigated.The results show that no matter what brazing filler is used among Ni-based,Ti-based and Ag-based brazing fillers,the shear stress always concentrates on tip of TiC ceramic/cast iron interface of brazing fillet.When Ni-based and Ag-based brazing filler are used,the maximum value of shear stress occurs on brazing filler/TiC ceramic interface.WhenTi-based brazing filler is used,the maximum value of shear stress occurson iron/brazing filler interface.The quality of the joint brazing filler withAg-based brazing filler is best because of its low shear stress value.
