Brazing technology of LY12 Al-alloy at middle temperature

  • 摘要: 采用改进的KF-CsF-AlF3中温无腐蚀钎剂与Ag-Al-Cu-Zn中温钎料实现了对LY12铝合金的中温钎焊,钎焊接头的抗剪强度可达到母材强度的80%,对接接头钎缝的抗拉强度可达到母材强度的70%,突破了"热处理强化铝合金通常不能钎焊"的传统论断。

     

    Abstract: The technology for brazing LY12 Al-alloy at middle temperature is realized by improved KF-CsF-AlF3 flux matching Ag-Al-Cu-Zn filler metal.The τ and σb strength values of brazed joints,are about 80% and 70% respectirely as compared with the base metal.A way out of the conclusion is found that heat-treated Al-alloy could not be brazed under normal conditions by the results.
