一种基于空间矢量调制的弧焊逆变电源PFC控制方法

A control metod of arc welding inverter source with PFC based on SVPWM

  • 摘要: 将空间矢量调制(SVPWM)方法引入到弧焊逆变电源功率因数校正(PFC)技术中,通过控制PWM整流器开关八个基本矢量不同的作用时间,调整输入电压矢量来达到控制输入电流的目的。详细地阐述了SVPWM控制原理和具体实施方案。同时,针对弧焊逆变电源的变动负载的特点,先借助Saber软件通过仿真研究了SVPWM用于弧焊逆变电源的适用性。最后通过DSP控制的试验样机对提出的方案进行了验证,其低电流畸变率,高功率因数和快速的动态响应的特点为弧焊逆变电源的PFC技术提供了一个新的控制途径。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,space-vector PWM (SVPWM) control method is introduced in the power factor correction (PFC) of arc welding inverter source.The input voltage vector of PWM rectifier is regulated to control the input current by changing manipulative time of eight basic vectors.The principle of SVPWM control is presented in detail and the implementing way is also discussed.According to the characteristics of arc welding inverter source,simulation results based on Saber software show that the proposed control method is a practical way to carry out the PFC of arc welding inverter source.Experiments exhibit that the inverter based on DSP controller source has low current distortion,high power factor and good transient response of the input current in AC side.The proposed method gives a new choice to meets the demand of PFC of arc welding inverter source.
