低碳钢A-TIG焊活性剂的焊接性

Weldability of activating flux in A-TIG welding for mild steel

  • 摘要: 利用自行研制的低碳钢A-TIG焊活性剂进行了各种焊接工艺试验。内容包括焊缝外观形貌、熔深效果、接头微观组织、化学成分及接头力学性能分析。结果表明,使用本活性剂可以使焊缝熔深比常规的TIG焊增加3倍,对12mm以下的低碳钢板对接无需开坡口可一次焊接完成,且单面焊双面成形,焊缝表面成形良好,接头微观组织、焊缝的化学成分、接头力学性能均不受影响。焊接电流、弧长、焊接速度、涂层厚度和保护气体种类等,对焊接熔深的增加产生影响。

     

    Abstract: The welding technology test is conducted by using activating flux of A-TIG welding for mild steels.Evaluation includes appearance of weld,effect of flux on penetration,microstructure of weld,chemical compositions of weld and base material and mechanical properties.The results indicate that the penetration has been increased 3 times compared with the conventional TIG welding and for the plates of 12 mm thick the full penetration can be get in a single pass without groove preparation.The appearance of weld is fine,there is no effect on the microstructure,the chemical compositions and mechanical properties.Welding current,travel speed,arc length,coating quantity and type of shidlding gas have effect on penetration.
