焊接气溶胶粒子谱分布特征

Distribution feature of welding aerosol particle size

  • 摘要: 基于电迁移率测试技术,采用计算机控制的微分型迁移率粒子尺寸测定方法(DMPS方法)和直接采样电镜分析方法,对常用焊条在焊态下产生的焊接气溶胶粒子的谱分布和形貌进行了实时测定。首次发现焊接气溶胶粒子具有多峰分布特征。采用文中提出的分区间处理方法,能获得描述焊接气溶胶粒子谱分布特征的分布函数,E4303焊条各峰区粒子群各自都基本遵循对数正态分布规律。这对阐明焊接气溶胶粒子产生机理,揭示焊接气溶胶特性,及有效控制焊接烟尘等具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,based on the electronic mobility detecting technique,the particulate size distributions of welding aerosol of selling common electrodes during welding is measured on real time by means of DMPS method under the control of a microcomputer.At the same time,the shapes of welding aerosol particles(WAP) are analyzed by TEM method of direct sample preparation.The feature of the complex distribution with multi-peaks of WAP during welding is found for the first time.Using the zoning analysis method,the distribution function describing distribution feature of WAP can be given.The particulate groups of each peaks for E4303 electrode generally follow logarithmic-normal distribution.It is of great importance to explain generation mechanisms of WAP and its cha-racter,to control effectively welding fume.
