重型钢轨与高锰钢辙叉的焊接Ⅲ焊接工艺

Welding of Railway Rail and High Manganese Steel Frog(Paper Ⅲ)

  • 摘要: 碳钢钢轨与高锰钢辙叉的焊接难度很大,仍属国际性难题。文中用手工电弧焊的方法,对高锰钢短轨(长600mm)和高碳钢钢轨(长600mm)标准件进行了大量的实物对接焊试验研究工作。最终采用增加双介质过渡层方式、全包覆过渡层形式、高锰钢侧过渡层二次水韧处理工艺、U形坡口接头、对称焊接方法等技术,对钢轨与辙叉标准试样进行了成功的焊接。通过铁道部产品质量监督检验中心进行了静弯及疲劳检验,对焊接接头进行了力学性能检验及金相组织分析,检验结果均达到和超过了国内外相关标准的指标要求,该技术可直接用于铁道线路上辙叉与钢轨产品的焊接。

     

    Abstract: It is very difficult to welding a high carbon steel rail and a high manganese steel frog,which is still a worldwide puzzle.On the base of papers,a lot of experimental investigation has been done which dealt with the welding of high manganese steel frog (600 mm long) and high-carbon steel (600 mm long).At last such technologies as increasing the thickness of the intermediate layers of the double media,wholly covering the intermediate layers,quenching the side intermediate layers of the high manganese steel twice with water and symmetrically welding have been taken to weld rails and frog successfully.The Product Qualities Supervising and Testing Center of Railway Administration has made a bending and fatigue test,a mechanical property test on welded joint and an analysis of metallurgical structure.All the results have met or surpassed the demands of the correlative standards at home and abroad.This technology can be used directly to weld rails and frogs on-line
