电焊机的数字化

The Digitalization of Welding Inverter

  • 摘要: 逆变技术在焊接电源中的应用使得焊接设备在小型化、高效化的方面有了飞跃性的发展。同时,弧焊逆变电源良好的动特性更为焊接工艺控制提供了一个充分发挥的平台。然而,传统的模拟控制方式存在的种种弊端却限制了弧焊逆变电源的进一步发展。本文结合数字信号处理技术的特点,综合分析了数字化焊机的优点。在此基础上针对电焊机的主电路和控制电路两部分介绍了数字化的发展概况及其实现方式。最后,本文介绍了北京工业大学在数字化焊机方面开展的部分研究工作。

     

    Abstract: The application of power electronic technique in welding domain resulted in miniaturization and high electronic efficiency of welding inverter,and at the same time,its rapid dynamic response made it a good platform for any arc process control.But as the development of technology,the shortcomings of traditional analogue control circuit have become the bottleneck of further promotion of welding technics.This paper introduced the digitalization of welding inverter and its future development on the basis of illumination of the DSP's basic characteristics.A part of research on this subject of Beijing Polytechnic University was also addressed.
