Computer Control System of 500 Kw Preheat Flashing Butt Wdlding Equipment

  • 摘要: 介绍了大型预热闪光焊机微机控制系统的组成及控制过程的实现。该系统采用了微机控制方法代替了传统的PLC控制方法。在该系统中大功率晶闸管的控制是通过计算机和网压补偿的方法实现。而焊接过程的保护、晶闸管单管导通保护、焊机外特性的控制等是通过电流和电压反馈的方式完成。在连续闪光过程控制时采用了比例阀实现了对闪光曲线的控制,而且该控制方法有利于在焊接新焊件时的工艺调试。在控制过程中的参量采集均通过光电隔离,避免了大功率焊机在焊接过程中的电磁干扰对控制系统的影响。该控制系统很好地完成了对该大功率焊机焊接过程的控制和保护。

     

    Abstract: In this article, the computer control system of the large scale flashing butt welding was introduced in the aspects of the makeup and its realization. The computer control system was adopted in stead of the traditional PLC method. In this system, the large scale SCR was controlled via the computer and the power voltage compensation. The protection of the solo phase SCR connection and the welding process as well as the control of the outer characteristic of the machine were realized by the voltage and current close-loop feedback. the flashing curve was finished by using the ratio valve, which can also be used in the new workpiece technology debuggging. The parameters of the control system were collectecd by photoelectrical seclusion to avoid the disturbing of the electromagnetism in welding. Therefore, this system achieved the perfect effect in control and protection.
