Technological Experiment of 500 kW Preheating Flash Butt Welding

  • 摘要: 介绍了500 kW车轴轴头闪光焊机的焊接试验方法及试验结果。该焊机采用微机控制工艺过程,预热闪光焊的工艺方法,并最终获得了合格的焊接接头。本文较详细地介绍了焊机的外特性,焊机的模拟焊接试验等与焊机性能相关的参数。同时对预热闪光焊的闪平、预热、连续闪光及顶锻等进行了较为详细的分析,在试验过程中作者采用各阶段分别调试的方法,即对每一工艺阶段进行试验,达到满意的较果后再进行下一阶段的研究,最终对完整的工艺过程进行调试。文中对焊接工艺过程中的关键数据进行了解释,给出了一组最终的焊接接头的工艺参数,并用力学试验证实了该工艺参数的合理性。

     

    Abstract: This article provides the technological experimental method and the result for the 500 kW automobile axle butt welding machine. The equipment adopted a computer system ot control the welding process and used the preheating Flash Butt Welding(FBW) technology to set qualified joints. This article introduced the Welding machine's output characteristics and its simulation welding experiment in detail. Moreover, it precisely analyzed the preflashing, precheating, flashing and upsetting processes as well. In the experiment, the authors under toolk the experiment by way of analyzing welding processes step by step, that is, to test each step until setting a satisfied result, then go to the next step and finally tested the whole welding processes. It also provided and analyzed some of the key data in this process. At last,a group of the welding parameters of the joint has been presented, which was proved by the mechanical experiment.
