弧焊逆变电源电流开关控制法

Research on Switch Control Mode for Welding Current of Arc Welding Inverter Power Supply

  • 摘要: 弧焊逆变电源输出电流控制是满足不同焊接工艺需求和保证电源可靠运行的关键。本文就电弧电流控制提出了一种用开关量控制逆变电源脉宽调制的方法,对其原理及系统静、动态性能进行了理论分析,简化了目前使用较普遍的PID、模糊等系统控制模式。同时介绍了研制的以单片机为核心的手弧焊、TIG焊逆变电源的控制系统组成原理,并利用开关控制法在该系统上加以应用,理论分析和试验结果表明,采用开关量控制法进行焊接,在电弧负载整个变化范围内可实现焊接电流无超调快速控制,有效地满足各种焊接工艺要求,保证了弧焊逆变电源工作的稳定性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The welding current control for inverter source is the key that meets requirements of varied welding processes and ensures the operation stability and reliability.A switch control mode which controlled pulse width of inverter source was proposed in this paper.The authors analyzed the fundamental and the static and dynamic property of the system theoretically,and simplified control mode of PID and fuzzy algorithms.This method was used in the system controlled by single chip microcomputer for inverter source of manual arc welding and TIG welding.The experiments showed that the rapid regulation without overshoot of welding current could be realized in the whole range of arc load.It met requirements of varied welding processes and ensured the operating stability and reliability of inverter source.
