Welding of Zircaloy-2 Pressure Tube Assembly and Its Charateristic

  • 摘要: 研究了锆-2合金压力管组件的焊接技术和工艺,采用自制的全封闭式氩气保护装置和胎具,在焊接时使压力管焊缝区内外始终处于层流氩气保护状态,阻止大气的侵入,减少了氩、氢、氮等有害气体的影响,从而保证了焊接质量,焊接成型后锆-2合金压力管组件不直度小于0.7‰,焊缝达到一级标准,同时力学性能、抗腐蚀性能、耐冲刷性能均达到核反应堆用锆材的标准要求,为大尺寸锆管的焊接提供了有效的方法。

     

    Abstract: Welding techniques and processing for zircaloy-2 pressure tube assembly are studied. A self-made complete enclose Ar protecting device and a metal tyre have been used, by which both inside and outside welding seam areas are maintained under the laminar flow of Ar protecting environment all the time.It provents the invision of the air,and minimizieg the influences of H.O and N.The unstraightness of the welded assembly is less than or equal to 0.7‰. The welding seam is up to the first class standard. Its mechnical properties, corrosion behavior and resistance to water scouring also have reached to the specification for Zr materials used in nucleu reactars.It procides effective method for welding zircaloy-2 tubes with bigger dimensions.
