厚壁管道窄间隙全位置焊接控制系统

All-position Welding Controlling Systemfor Thick-wall Piping with Narrow Gap

  • 摘要: 介绍一种适用于厚壁管道窄间隙全位置自动焊接控制系统。该机采用二级分布式计算机控制系统,主机选用486笔记本计算机,完成数据的输入/输出和管理,采用汉语菜单,鼠标输入数据;7个80C552单片机作为现场控制级计算机,完成环焊缝窄间隙实时控制,包括钨极摆动、横向调节、弧长调节、焊炬行走、送丝控制、远控盒及辅助控制等。分布式控制系统采用标准的RS-232数据总线进行计算机间的数据通讯,并设计了严格的通讯协议,避免了通讯碰撞和错误的发生。独特的同步联络保证了焊接开始和结束以及焊接过程中的同步。该机具有控制功能强、操作方便、工作稳定、控制精度高、便于现场使用等优点,完全满足了生产工艺的要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents an all-position welding controlling system for thick-wall piping with narrow gap,which adopts two grade decentralized computer control mode.In this system,there are one 486 notebook computer used to perform the input/output of the data and management and seven single chip microcomputers (80c552) as local control grade units to complete real-time control, which include the swing control and the horizontal adjustment of tungsten electrode, the adjustment of arc length, the travelling speed control of torch,the feeding control of welding wire and the remote and auxiliary control etc. Standard RS-232 DEC is adopted for communicating among the computers, and the strict agreement of communication prevents prevents the happening of mistakes and colliding of communication. Special measures are taken to keep the synchronism of the start, end and the process of welding. The controlling system has such advantages as high control function, easily operating, steadily working, high control precision, and completely meets the need of production technology.
