复合隔离型非高频引弧逆变式空气等离子切割机

An Air plasma Cutting Power Source with an Complex-isolated Inverter

  • 摘要: 在分析和试验研究常用逆变电路的基础上,提出了一种高可靠性和高效率的复合隔离型逆变电路。以此为基础,采用非高频引弧割炬,配以相应的内拖外特性控制方式和电路设计法,研制成功了低干扰高可靠性的复合隔离型逆变式空气等离子切割机。试验表明,该机具有可靠性高,切割质量好,操作简便等优点。其主电路设计为其它大功率逆变弧焊电源的研究和应用提供了有益的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of analyzing and testing ordinary inverting circuits,a new type inverting circuit has been put forward in this article.This kind of inverting circuit,with highly reliability and efficiency,has been named as "complex-isolated" inverting circuit.Moreover,a new kind of air plasma cutting power source with one of this complex-isolated invertor has also been developed.Non-HF igniting and a special output characteristics with a low starting curret are the main properties of the cutting power source,meanwhile,the design principle of the output controlling system has been dealed with in the article.The experimental results show that the cutting power source has highly reliability,highly efficiency,low disturbance,prefect cutting quality and easy-operating.The research and design of high power invertor in other fields will benefit from the complex-isolated inverting circuit which has been discussed in the article.
