An Automatic System for Welding Circumferential Fillet Seams of Big-diameter Thin-wall Cylinders and Flanges

  • 摘要: 介绍了大直径薄壁筒体与法兰盘角环焊缝自动焊接系统的结构、组成和工作原理并对设计中几个主要参数进行计算,该系统已成功地应用于酒精蒸馏塔的塔节环缝自动焊接生产中,是一种低成本、自动化焊接设备。

     

    Abstract: An automatic system for welding fillet seams of big-diameter thin-wall cylinders and flanges was designed.Its structure,working principle and the calculation of some main parameters for its designing are described in this paper.It has been successfully applied in wdlding alcohol retorts.The system is a low cost automatic welding equipment.
