冷轧辊局部冷焊焊条的设计及其熔敷金属分析

Design of Part Cold Welding Electrode for Cold-roller and Analysis of Its Deposited Metal

  • 摘要: 根据冷轧辊的可焊性及工况,设计专用局部冷焊焊条GT-55和GTF-55。采用高密度弥散初生碳化物为强化质点,并配以板条马氏体(ML)和薄膜状残余奥氏体(AR)为基体组织,使焊缝具有高硬度兼高抗裂性,满足了冷轧工作辊局部冷焊要求。

     

    Abstract: According to weldability and situation of cold-roller,the special electrodes GT-55 and GTF-55 are designed for part cold welding.By using high density suffusing initial carbide as strengthing grains,lath martensite (ML) and membranous remain austenite as the matrix,the electrodes make the welded metal have high hardness and cracking resistance and meet the part cold welding requirement of cold-roller.
