陶瓷加弧辉光渗钛及渗钛陶瓷/金属辉光钎焊

Arc-added Glow Discharge Titanizing of Ceramics and Glow Discharge Brazing of Titanized Ceramic to Metal

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种陶瓷钎焊的新方法,即以陶瓷加弧辉光渗钛为先导工序,然后在辉光炉中实现陶瓷/金属无钎剂钎焊。试验结果表明,只要渗钛层厚度足够,钎焊工艺参数选配适当,即可获得满意的钎焊接头。本方法具有生产率高,成本低,对材料系统具有广泛的适应性,无需专用活性钎料,并可以在较低的真空度下进行钎焊等优点。

     

    Abstract: A new brazing technique of ceramic is presented,in which the arc-added glow discharge titanizing is applied to ceramic as a preparative process,then the ceramic is brazed to metal in glow discharge furnace without flux.It was indicated by test results that satisfactory joints could be obtained,provided the titanized layer thickness was sufficient and the brazing variables were suitable.The method has advantages in high productivity,low cost,wide accommodation for material system,dispensing with special reactive filler metal and processing in a comparatively low vacuum.
