Effect of Alloy Elements on Micro Structure and Temperature-wear-resistibility of Plasma Arc Surfacing layer

  • 摘要: 通过高温硬度、高温磨损试验,成功地研究出了铁基Cr-Ni-W-Nb系高温耐磨料磨损等离子弧堆焊合金粉末,从而可替代价格昂贵的镍基和钴基等离子弧堆焊合金,同时系统地研究了合金元素对高温耐磨性的影响规律及耐磨机理。

     

    Abstract: This paper investigated the powder for plasma arc surafacing, which made from the temperatrue-wear-resisting ferroalloy of Cr-Ni-W-Nb system. It can take place of the expensive powder made from Ni-base and Co-base alloy for plasma arc surfacing. The effect of the alloy elements on the temperature-wear-resistibility and the wear-resisting mechanism were studied systematically.
