Influence of Interfacial Reaction on Joint Strength in Brazing Titanized Si3N4 to Q235 Steel

  • 摘要: 说明了渗钛Si3N4/Q235钎焊界面反应与微观结构对接头强度的关系,并对各主要工艺因素对接头强度的影响规律进行了探讨,为渗钛陶瓷/金属钎焊规范的优化选择提供了试验及理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The dependence of joint strength on interfacial reaction and microstructure in brazing titanized Si3N4 to Q235 steel is described. The effects of the main technological factors on joint strength are also tested and discussed,which give an experimental and theoretical basis for optimization of the brazing parameters.
