Physical and Chemical Properties of Prefused Flux of Flux-cored Wire

  • 摘要: 熔炼型药粉是药芯焊丝药粉的一个新类型。研究表明,熔炼处理可提高药粉成分的均匀性,缩短药粉的熔化时间,降低药粉的吸湿性,减少药粉的发气量,降低药粉的氧化性和S、P含量,从而大大提高药芯焊丝的工艺和力学性能。

     

    Abstract: Prefused flux is a new type flux of flux-cored wire. By prefusion,the flux-core is homogeneous;the melting time of the core is shortened;the hygroscopicity and oxidization of the core are reduced;and the gas-emission and sulphur/phosphorus contents are decreased. Thereby the operative performance and mechanical properties of the flux-cored wires will be improved.
