经锤击后的16Mn钢对焊件的疲劳寿命估算

Prediction of Fatigue Life for Peened Butt Welds of 16Mn Steel

  • 摘要: 试验研究了经锤击的16Mn钢对焊接头的带存活率的疲劳寿命估算模型。试验结果表明,在同一当量应力水平下,16Mn钢经锤击的对焊接头的疲劳寿命服从对数正态分布。文中给出了以当量应力幅表示的疲劳寿命表达式,以及带存活率的寿命表达式,并进一步给出了估算带存活率的变幅疲劳寿命的方法和估算结果,通过变幅疲劳寿命试验结果验证,表明本文的估算结果和估算方法是精确的。可以作为一种焊接件的疲劳可靠性评估的新方法。

     

    Abstract: The fatigue life prediction model with given survivability for peened butt weld of 16Mn steel is investigated. It is shown by the test results that at a given equivalent stress amplitude, the fatigue life of peened butt welds of 16Mn steel follows the lognormal distribution. The expressions of S-N curve and P-S-N curve are given in this paper. Furthermore, the method of fatigue life prediction with given survivability under variable amplitude has been given in this paper. The life prediction results have been substantiated by the tests. It is pointed out that the above-mentioned method can be taken as a new model of fatigue reliability evaluation for weldments.
