记忆式焊缝跟踪系统

Weld Seam Tracking System Based on Data Memeory of Chip Computer

  • 摘要: 介绍了新近研制的一种可用于多层焊缝的自动焊接记忆跟踪系统,此系统在焊接第一层焊缝时能实时跟踪焊缝,同时记忆焊缝跟踪数据,此后,系统依据此记忆数据进行各层焊缝的自动跟踪工作。本系统具有新颖的二维焊缝跟踪机构及传感器,其实时跟踪精度及重复跟踪精度都满足了焊接工作的要求。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a new seam tracking system based on data memory of chip computer is introduced.The system is mainly used for multi-pass and multi-layer welding.In the first welding run,the system not only tracks the weld seam,but also stores the seam tracking data in the chip computer.After the first run,the system tracks the seam depending on the data stored in the chip computer.The accuracy of seam tracking is satisfactory for welding in the both cases.A new kind of two-dimensions tracking mechanical device and a new seam tracking sensor are used in this system.
