Electro-magnetic Non-destructive Testing of Friction Welding Defects

  • 摘要: 简述了一种检测高速钢钻头摩擦焊接头缺陷的新方法——初始幅值磁导率法,并介绍了基于初始幅值磁导率法的SGF-Ⅱ W型数字式钢铁材质自动分选仪1的原理,以及检测摩擦焊接头缺陷的研究结果。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a new method of testing friction welding defects of high-speed steel and 45 steel friction welding bits-initial incremental permeability method.This paper also introduces the principle of SGF-Ⅱ W type digital automatic separator of material quality for steel and iron which is developed on the gasis of initial incremental permeability method and the research result of testing friction welding defects.
