Copper-steel CO2 Welding with Steel Electrode

  • 摘要: 采用钢焊丝熔化极CO2焊焊接铜钢接头,拉伸强度σb达200MPa,断口扫描电镜表明为塑性断裂,接头未产生热裂纹。X射线光电子能谱分析表明焊缝中不存在铜的氧化物,接头铜铁含量在熔合线附近产生跃变、含铁低于10%的区域极窄。

     

    Abstract: In this investigation, copper-steel joints are welded by CO2 welding with steel electrode. No heat crack is found in welded joints whose tensile strength σb attains 200 MPa, and the plastic fracture is demonstrated by SEM. The iron and copper contents sharply change near the junction. Less than 10% iron content zone is extremely narrow.
