Hot Crack Formation in Weld Metal of SAW Butt Joint of 14MnNbq Steel

  • 摘要: 对14MnNbq钢埋弧焊对接接头焊缝金属中含有裂纹的实物进了金相、扫描电镜及断口微区能谱分析,并采用可调拘束热裂纹敏感性试验方法对14MnNbq及16Mnq两种钢材进行了对比,分析了产生热裂纹的原因及其影响因素,提出了防止14MnNbq钢埋弧焊焊缝金属热裂纹的措施。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the cracks in weld metal of product SAW butt joint of 14MnNbq steel were investigated with optical metallographic examination, SEM and micro-EMPA. The comparative evaluation of hot crack susceptibility for 14MnNbq and 16Mnq steels was conducted using varestrain test. The causes of hot crack formation and the affective factors were analyzed, and the measures to prevent weld metal of SAW welded joint of 14MnNbq from hot crack were proposed.
