提高间断鳍片管电阻对焊接头质量的研究

Improvement Upon Quality of Tube-web-tube Joint Welded by Resistance Butt Welding

  • 摘要: 通过焊接工艺在数优化、设置辅助电极及理想导电条件的多项试验,系统研究了间断鳍片管电阻对焊接头质量问题,指出其主要影响因素是未焊透缺陷。通过采用强规范和设置辅助电极等工艺措施,可显著提高焊透率,保证接头质量满足技术条件要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the influence of welding condition upon the quality of tube-web-tube joints welded by resistence butt welding, such as the optimization of parameters, adding in auxiliary electrodes, adding in an ideal electrical conductivity electrode. The paper analyzes the quality of welded joints in detial,makes a point that the lack of penetration is a very important factor of influence upon the welding quality. It's shown that using strong welding parameters and adding in auxiliary electrodes can improve the welded joint quality.
