Friction Welding Below Phase Transformation Temperature of High-speed Steel

  • 摘要: 利用高速钢的超塑性及控制摩擦焊的刹车过程对高速钢与45号钢进行了高速钢相变温度以下摩擦焊的可行性研究。通过对不同温度接头的金相检验证明:在800℃时高速钢一侧组织梯度较小;通过对不同温度的摩擦焊接头性能检验表明:在800℃时接头性能达到了母材水平,硬度分布较均匀,未出现相变温度以上时的硬度高峰。

     

    Abstract: The possibility of friction welding of high-speed steel to 45 steel below the phase transformation temperature of high-speed steel has been studied in this paper by utilizing superplasticity of high-speed steel and controlling the braking course in friction welding. The metallographic examination of joint in different welding temperature proves that the joint metal on the side of high-speed steel has a gentle structure slope at the 800℃.Examination of joints at different welding temperature show that the joint at 800℃ has the same mechanical property as the base metal,an even hardness distribution,and no hardness pinnacle appeared as opposed to the case appeared above the phase transformation temperature.
