Study on welding residual Stess of Stellite 31 alloy static vanes

  • 摘要: 采用热弹塑性有限元法,分析计算了Stellite3l合金静叶片电子束焊接时焊接工艺对焊接残余应力的影响。结果表明,残余应力包括焊接本身产生的应力和由于构件约束限制焊接自由收缩而产生的约束应力。焊接方向和焊件的装夹方式对接头中的残余应力分布有较大的影响,焊缝两端附近的残余应力分布和焊接方向有关,起焊端附近焊缝中心是拉应刀,而在终焊端附近则是压应力。

     

    Abstract: The residual stresses in Stellite 31 alloy static vanes with electron beam welding were studied using the thermal elastic-plastic finite element method. And the effects of welding directions on the residual stress distribution were investigated.The results show that the welding direction and the assembling methodes affect the distribution of residual stress in the welded joints,the residual tensile stress is found near the biginning of the weldment and the residual compressive stress near the end of the weldment.
