频域分析法在可控硅整流电源中的应用

Application of frequency domain analysis to SCR rectifier source

  • 摘要: 可控硅整流电源是一种电子控制式孤焊电源。它的性能取决于主电路和触发控制电路。主电路主要是电抗器及其参数的影响,而触发控制电路则取决于同步移相信号的形式及反馈电路。本文利用频域分析法分析了反馈控制电路的型式与电源性能的关系,并利用计算机仿真技术对其进行了研究。结果表明,合理的控制电路形式及其电参数是可控硅整流电源获得优良性能的充分与必要条件。

     

    Abstract: SCR rectifier source is a new type of electric control arc welding power source.Its perfomance depends on the main and flip-flop circuits.The behaviour of the main circuit depends on the inductor and its parameter.The function of the flip-flop depends on the type of synchronous shift phase singnal and the mode of feedback control.In this paper,the relation between the feedback control mode and the source performance is analysed by using frequency domin analysis and computer simulation technique.The results show that a reasonable feedback control mode and its electric parameters are necessary conditions that make the SCR rectifier power source obtain optimum performance.
