Microstructural characteristics in heat-affected zone of Crl8Mo2 ferritic stainless steel

  • 摘要: 采用光镜、电镜和电子衍射等试验方法,对高纯铁素体不锈钢(Cr18Mo2)焊接区域的显微组织结构、析出物及焊接热影响区(HAZ)断口形态进行了试验研究,结果表明,HAZ晶粒长大是导致铁素体钢焊接区域韧性下降的主要原因,析出物(TiN、TiC和Cr2N等)对脆化裂纹的产生和扩展有促进作用。在生产中应采取尽量减小焊接线能量(q/v)的措施,以防止HAZ晶粒粗化引起的脆化现象。

     

    Abstract: Microstructures, precipitation and HAZ fracture morphology in welding joint zone of a new high-purity CrI8Mo2 ferritic stainless steel were researched by means of metallosoope, SEM, TEM and electron diffraction, etc.. Experimental results indicated that crystalline grain coarsing in HAZ still is one of the causes resulting in the embrittlement fracture in welding zone of the ferritic stainless steel. Precipitation (TiC, TiN and Cr2N, etc.) in the steel has a promoting effect for producing and developing of the brittle cracks. In practical production, the welding heat input (q/v) should be as small as possible to prevent the embrittlement caused from grain coaising in HAZ.
