焊态快速连续冷却条件下获得奥-贝球铁焊缝的研究

Investigation on obtainment of austenitic-bainitic ductile iron weld under continuous and rapidly cooling condition of welding

  • 摘要: 为了研究在焊态快速连续冷却条件下获得奥氏体-贝氏体球墨铸铁焊缝组织的可能性,本文研究了Ni、Mo、Ni-Mo及Ni-Mo-Cu对焊态奥-贝球铁焊缝显微组织的影响,提出了焊态快速连续冷却条件下获得奥-贝球铁焊缝组织的焊缝化学成分范围。为发展奥-贝球铁用新型焊接材料奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: In order to approach the possibility of obtaining an austenitic-bainitic ductile iron weld under continuous and rapidly oooling condition of welding, the effects of Ni, Mo、Ni-Mo and Ni-Mo-Cu alloy system on the as-welded microstructure have been studied. The composition range of alloy elements is given for getting an as-welded microstructure of austenitic-bainitic ductile iron. The research furnishes a basis for developing new welding material.
