Energy-controlled mode of ultrasonic plastic welder

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了超声波塑料焊机的一种新型的能量控制模式,该模式利用微机控制系统检测输入换能器的有用电功率,并以此柔性控制焊接时间,从而使焊接质量对气压、电压等波动的敏感性变弱,质量的稳定性提高。

     

    Abstract: A new kind of energy-controlled mode for ultrasonic plastic welder is reported in the paper. Using this mode the microcomputer control system contro s the welding time corresponding to the useful power signal which is sampled through the inputing transducer.In this way the weld quality is insensitive to air pressure fluctuation, voltage flutuation,etc. Therefore quality stability is increased.
