Approach to formation of thin piece welding nugget vortex flow

  • 摘要: 本文对薄件点焊熔核旋流现象进行了较系统的研究,指出旋而的实质是严重的宏观偏析,产生的内部原因是二种材料成分、组织和性能的不同,而外部条件是点焊工艺方法本身特点,尤其是采用了硬焊接规范。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,we made a systematic research on thin piece spot welding nugget Vortex flow, pointed out that the substance of vortex flow was serious macrosegregation.The internal cause was the difference of two kinds of material components, organism and function, The external conditions、were the characters of spot welding technology,especially when a hard welding standard was adopted.
