Friction welding of high-temperature alloy GH2132 and tempered alloy steel 42CrMo

  • 摘要: 在试验基础上,探讨高温合金GH2132与合金调质钢42CrMo摩擦焊接头的冶金特点,研究接头组织与性能的关系,为焊接工艺参数的优化提供了理论依据。机车运行结果表明,摩擦焊接的涡轮转子性能可靠,行程已远远超过铁道部规定的指标。

     

    Abstract: The paper inquires into the metallurgical characteristics of the friction welding joints between high-temperature alloy GH2132 and tempered alloy steel 42CrMo on the basis of experamental data. The relation between structures and properties of the joints are determined. The results provide theoretical basis for optimization of the technological parameter. The results of the train motion indicates that the properties of the turbo-spindle, which are joined by friction welding, are reliable. The distance of motion is far more than the target of 200 thousands kmset in the MOR quality index.
