Single-chip computer control system for automatic stabilizing of arc length during GTAW process

  • 摘要: 本文分析了弧长变化过程和弧长变化允许范围域,得出了最大坡度角αmax和焊枪一次运行步数N的计算公式。经过硬件和软件的抗干扰设计,解决了因伪信号而引起的误纠差调整问题,有效地保证了弧长在焊接过程中自动稳定在所设定的范围内。

     

    Abstract: Through the analyse of the arc length alternating process and the allowed extent range for arc length variation. the calculation formula of the maximal gradient angle αmax and one-off moved step number N of welding torch in this paper are obtained. With the an programming design of hardware and software, the problem of false regulation caused by dummy signal is solved, and the automatic stabilizing of arc length during welding process in the designed range effectively is guarranteed.
