Development and application of AI for cast iron welding and repair

  • 摘要: 将专家系统技术应用于铸铁焊修领域,开发研制了相关的计算机软件。其软件是由知识库系统、图形图象体系统、推理机、用户界面四大部分组成,主要用于完成焊接工艺制定、焊接实例查询、焊接材料介绍、焊后缺陷弥补四大功能。其主要特点是实现了领域知识的图形表示并开发了图文并茂的用户界面。

     

    Abstract: Expert system technology is applied to cast iron welding and repair, its software is also developed. The software consists of knowledge base, image and picture base, inference engine and user interface. It is mainly used to plan the welding process, index the examples of welding, introduce the welding materials and recover the defects after welding etc. . Its main feature is that the knowledge is developed in picture and the user interface is made with images and texts.
