盲孔法测量残余应力的钻削加工应变

Drilling strains in measuring residual stress with hole-drilling strain-gage method

  • 摘要: 采用一种新的钻孔标定方法——有应力钻孔标定法,研究了盲孔法测量残余应力过程中外加应力与钻削加工应变的关系。结果表明,加工应变的大小不仅与应力水平有关,而且与应力性质有关。试验获得的钻孔加工应变εpm与钻孔释放应变△ε之间的关系为一简单的线性关系:εpm=a△ε+b。式中a、b为测量系数,与钻孔方法、被测材料等因素有关。本关系的获得使得采用刃具钻孔测量残余应力的精度有很大提高。

     

    Abstract: A new calibration method in measuring residual stress with hole-drilling strain-gage method was used to study the relationship between drilling strain and external stress. The results indicate that the value of strains induced by drilling hole (as called drilling strain) is not only related to stress level but also with the stress sing (position or negative).The relationship between the drilling strain and the stress is simple,as shown as follows:εpm=aε+b,in which,a and b are the measuring coefficients concerned with drilling hole method metal material measured and so on,εpm is the drilling strain, △ε is whole relaxed strains during drilling hole. Theequation makes the measuring accuracy of residual stresses with hole-drilling method with cut-ting tools improved greatly.
