中碳调质钢焊接过热区强韧化研究

Study of strength and toughness of over-heated HAZ in medium carbon Q and T steel

  • 摘要: 通过焊后两相区淬火调质处理,可使调质用35CrMo焊接过热区的强韧性提高。当加热温度处于两相区高温段,过热区韧性达最佳值,文中从过热区组织结构的一般特征,铁素体形态和回火脆性等几个方面探讨了过热区强韧化的机理。

     

    Abstract: The strength and toughness of over-heated HAz of 35CrMo steel can be improved after double-phase zone(DPZ)trcatment.The toughness of over-heated HAZ is optimal when quenching temperature corresponds to the high temperature zone of DPZ. In this papcr,the mechanism of strcngth and toughness improvement is discusscd in three aspects,i.e.,microstructure of ovcr-heated HAZ, morphology of undissolved ferrite and temper brittleness.
