Effect of Postweld heat treatment on microstructure of combined welded joint of PCrNi3Mo steel

  • 摘要: 本文研究了焊厂热处理对PCr Ni3Mo钢组合焊缝接头显微组织的影响,探讨了特征区组织转变机理及底层焊道的脆化倾向;结果表明,焊后热处理中,随着M23C6型碳化物的大量析出,底层焊道熔合区组织变得更加复杂,井形成了较薄的碳迁移层;底层焊道中较高的含碳量,对σ相的转变具有一定的抑制作用,焊缝金属的脆化倾向较小。

     

    Abstract: The effect of postweld heat treatment on the microstructure of combined welded joint of PCrNi3Mo steel is studied. The transformation mechanism of charactcristic zone microstructure and embrittlement tendency of backing weld arc also discussed. The results show that the microstructure in backing weld bond become more complex and thincr carbon migration laycr was formed as large quantitics of type M23C6 carbides were prceipitated during the psotweld heat treatment.The embrittlement tendency of weld metal is relativcly little because the high crabo content in the bottom weld can play a certain part in restraining the transformation of sigma phase.
