Weld seam zone penetrator and its affect on HF weld properties

摘要: 通过试验和电镜分析,对高频焊焊缝区的灰斑缺陷的形貌、灰斑对焊缝性能的影响作了初步探讨,并提出了一些控制焊缝区灰斑量的措施。

Abstract: By test and analysis with electronic microscope, this paper presents a preliminary discussion on appearances of the penetrator flaw along with weld seam zone and its affects on HF weld properties. And some methods are suggested to control the penetrator amount in weld seam zone.
