Current control of resistance spot welding with three phase secondary rectifying power

  • 摘要: 焊接电流是电阻焊的重要规范参数,是电阻焊质量控制的关键。本文研究了三相次级整流式电阻焊焊接电流的控制,文中详细论述了三相次级整流电源电阻焊焊接电流的调节和控制原理,并介绍了电流控制系统的硬件结构和软件系统。试验结果表明,焊接电流调节范围宽。电流控制精确。

     

    Abstract: Current is an important parameter in resistance welding, and is a key point of quality control of resistance welding. In this paper, the method of current adjustment and the control of principle of three phase secondary rectifying resistance welding are described in detail. The hard ware structure and the soft ware design of the control system are introduced. Experiments show that the welding current can be adjusted in a wide range and controlled precisely with this system.
