Research on overlay welding electrode without mineral powder

  • 摘要: 本文研究了无造渣剂等矿石粉的耐磨堆焊电焊条。解决了焊条的各种工艺性能问题,使焊条具有超高硬度,良好耐磨性和抗裂性。该焊条熔敷效率高,焊道上仅有微渣,达到堆焊多道多层不需敲渣的目的。通过试焊和试用,深受广大用户欢迎,被称之为新型的无渣焊条。

     

    Abstract: An overlay welding electrode without mineral powder (such as, slagforming medium,etc.) was studied in this paper. The problem about various technological properties of the electrode has been solved, and the new electrode prossesses supperhardness, satisfactory wearability and crack resistance. The deposit efficiency of the electrode is higher, there is only a few micro-slag on the welding bead and it is unnecessary to remove the slag in the multi-pass and multi-layer welding. Through welding tests, this electrode is warmly welcomed by oustomers and is referred to as a new type of non-slag electrode.
