烧结型低氢高韧性焊剂的研究

A new agglomerated flux for low hydrogen high toughness welds

  • 摘要: 本文对影响烧结焊剂性能的主要因素——焊剂碱度、添加剂的加入量、CaO加入形式、CaF2与SiO2的加入量等作了研究探讨。在此基础上研制出了一种高碱度氟碱型CaO-MgO-SiO2-CaF2渣系的低氢高韧性SJ102焊剂,可适用于σb=500~800MPa的多种低合金高强度钢的焊接,各项性能优良。

     

    Abstract: The main factors affecting the properties of agglomerated flux, such as the basicity of flux, quantity of additive, form of CaO and amounts of CaF2 and SiO2, have been studied. The authors have developed a new SJ102 flux which has high basicity and belongs in the CaO-MgO-SiO2-CaF2 fluoride-basic type slag system. The SJ102 flux is for low hydrogen and high toughness welds, and is suitable for welding of HSLA steels of σb=500~800MPa.
