Microcomputer controlled thyristor SMAW machine

  • 摘要: 介绍一种用于晶闸管整流埋弧自动焊电源及送丝控制的单片机应用系统。采用PID算法焊接电流反馈使电源具有恒流型外特性,PI算法进行电弧电压反馈调节送丝速度,获得满意的焊接效果。所研制的焊机引弧性能好,焊接过程稳定,抗网压波动能力强,焊接规范调整灵活,操作简便,并能通过规范钥匙确保焊接工艺的严格执行。

     

    Abstract: A single chip microcomputer application system for controlling of thynstor SMAW power source and wire feeder is introduced. The current feedback PID algorithm is used to obtain constant current static characteristics of the power source, and the voltage feedback PI algorithm is used to control wire speed of the feeder. The welding machine developed has many advantages such as good arc striking property, reliable welding stability, less line-voltage fluctuation influence, better parameter adjustment and easy operation. By means of a specification key the required welding specifications could be executed strictly.
