激光重熔含35%WC的镍基合金涂层

Coating of nickel base alloy containing 35% WC remelted by laser beam

  • 摘要: 利用激光束重熔含35%WC的镍基自熔合金涂层时,为防止WC溶解,必须采用较低能量密度的激光束重熔涂层。这时重熔层的相组成是块状WC均匀分布在由Ni-Fe-Cr固溶体和CrB、Ni3B等组成相组成的基体中。由于固溶体中含Cr量高,所以激光重熔层在浓度为1.2mol/L的H2SO4溶液中自腐蚀电位高、自腐蚀电流密度小,具有较好的耐蚀性,激光重熔层的抗磨粒磨损性能均比火焰重熔层和火焰喷涂层好。

     

    Abstract: The energy density of laser beam should be low to avoid dissolving of WC. when remelting the coating of nickel base alloy coataining 35% WC. The microstructure of the remelted coating is that the block-like WC phase is evenly distributed over the matrix of Ni-Fe-Cr solid solution,CrB and Ni3B. The coating has higher self-corrosion potential, lower self-eorrosion current density and better corrosion resistance because of the higher Cr content in the solid solution. The particle erosion resistance of the coating remelted by laser beam is better than that of the coating remelted by flame or that of the coating sprayed by flame.
