喷焊层中RE的微合金化作用

Microalloying action of rare earth In spray-welding layers

  • 摘要: 通过在喷焊材料中加入微量RE,研究其在喷焊层中的微合金化作用。试验结果表明,RE可以固溶到喷焊层基体中,并能形成Ce-Fe中间相,多数RE富集在夹杂物处,形成稀土硅化物或稀土氧化物。RE的加入,影响基体及硬质和形核,长大及分布,起到微合金化作用。

     

    Abstract: The microalloying action has been investigated by adding ppm order RE in spraying materials. The test results show that RE can be solid-soluted in the matrix of the spray welding layers and can form an intermetallic phase(Ce-Fe). Most of the RE additions exist in the inteusion as RE silicides and RE oxides. The addition cf RE affects the nucleation, growth and distribution of the hard phase in the matrix and the microalloying action has been achieved consquently.
