微合金钢焊接热影响区组织与硬度的计算机预测

Prediction of microstructure and haroness in microalloyed steel HAZ by aid of computer

  • 摘要: 将相变动力学理论应用于焊接过程,导出了计算微合金钢热影响区组织与硬度的解析公式。计算过程公式化,便于微机应用。对于含有未知常数的计算式,采用实测数据进行标定。用两种材料对计算模型进行了验证,结果表明,实测值与计算值相吻合。

     

    Abstract: Prediction of microstructure and hardness in HAZ is very important for selecting the optimum welding parameters. The common methods are often relied on SHCCT curves, having a narrow predictable field, and being complicated in application. In present paper, the kinetics theory of phase transformation is applied to welding process. Formulae for calculating the microstructure and hardness of microalloyed steel are given. The calculating process is formulated and is convenient to use on microcomputer. Unknown constants are calibrated by experiment data from actual welds. Two steels are used to check the model. The result shows that there is a good agreement between calculated and measured values.
